Every day from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. our ship visiting operator is at your disposal, call our toll-free number 800125168.

He will come on board to visit you
He will bring you low cost telephone cards
He will organize the bus service from the ship to the city center or to the seamen’s club
He is Western union agent
He could also give you a counselling service

Seamen’s club Marghera
At the Marghera seamens Club you will find:
a confortable relaxation room with internet access, tv, telephones, Western Union service, and only if you reserve it advance, italian food.

Seamen’s club Marittima
Also at Venice Marittima, during the cruise season from april to october, you will find open our seamen’s club. These services are available:

Phone center
15 telephone boxes and lots of cordless phones

Internet point
12 internet access

Fax service
Is availabe a fax to reach or send documents worldwide.

International news
You will find a showcase where daily we post up the most important international news from different newspaper of the world (especially philippines, honduras, china).

Welfare assistance
Counselling service is available, ask us wathever information you need: for example how to reach a chemist’s, a post office, or how to contact the Consulate of your country, or the seafarers local branch of the ITF, etc. If you want, we are able also to organize an appointment with a religious representant of your confession.

Library and DVD/VHS service in different languages
Is available a relaxation room where you can reed books or watch satellite TV in your mother tongue.

Etnic mini shop
Besides commodities you will find also a large assortment of food from Asia, Africa or Latin America. You will find also lots of Venice and our association souvenirs.

Book exchange
You can borrow a book you like leaving an another one you have already read.

Western Union service
Directly from our seamen’s club you can send money home.

Sports
You can ask us to organize soccer, basketball or volleyball matches.
In the summer during the cruise liners season we partecipate to the Mediterranean & Black sea soccer Cup. Join other seafare’s team in this international competition!
