Welcome seafarers

The Stella Maris Friends is a non profit association that see to hospitality services for seafarers and works for their social promotion.
Our association operates in the area of Venice port.

The Venice port area
The Venice port extends over a 20.000.000 s.m. area into the Venice interland, has 134 km of docks and 163 landing-place. It is situated in two different sites: the Venice Marittima station for cruise ships and Marghera for merchant ships.

Close to the port area there is our association.
Come to visit our seamen’s club at the 158/a of the Fratelli Bandiera street. You will find a confortable relaxation room with internet access, tv, telephones, Western Union service, and if you reserve it advance, italian food. Call our ship-visiting operator, to the toll-free number 800125 168, every day from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m..

Venice Marittima
Also in Venice Marittima during the cruise season you will find open our seamen’s club.
There are lots of internet access, thelephones, Western Union service and a mini shop with international products.

In the summer we participate to the Mediterranean & Black sea Soccer Cup promoted by the International Sports Committee for Seafarers. If would like to participate to this international competition ask our personell.
